Returns
As most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return Request
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Refunds
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Change-of-mind purchases
Replacement
